Validator-Volatile

Balance passionate expression with steady presence for a thriving partnership.

The validator-volatile couple type, identified by Gottman, pairs an emotionally expressive and passionate partner with a more steady, soothing one. This pairing can be highly functional when the volatile partner feels heard and the validator holds the container.
