Internal Family Systems

If your parts war inside, learn the IFS model that brings them into conversation.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a psychotherapeutic model developed by Richard Schwartz that views the mind as composed of multiple sub-personalities or 'parts,' each with its own perspective and role. In relationships, IFS helps individuals understand how their internal parts drive relational dynamics.
