Dream Check

Explore and honor each other's life dreams to build shared meaning and purpose.

A dream check-in is a practice of exploring a partner's long-term hopes, life dreams, and aspirations — not just logistical goals. Understanding and honoring each other's dreams is associated with greater relational satisfaction.
